The CRS Training Centre is the first of its kind in Essex that allows for all year training. We specialise in football specific fitness training along with personal training while incorporating technical development.
The CRS Training Centre has its own astro turf area suitable for all types of football training. This enables us to continues to develop and train through the winter months. High intensity session that focus on technical abilities and fitness. Either book up a block or one off session are available in the centre.
The Training Centre has also carters for those who enjoy functional training, from plyometrics to HIIT training. Including TRX, Battle Ropes, Kettle Bells, Plyo Box and Boxing.
We have a range of weights and benches in the Training Centre for all the strength training required. Dumbbells and plate weights to maximise your strength training.
The CRS Training Centre has it own cardio room kitted out with spin bikes, assault bikes, rowing machine and treadmill for anyone just wanting to do a little cardio to keep fit.
