James Roach dedicated his career to football late on. Starting his FA Level 1 at the age of 28 he has already completed his UEFA A License in 2014 along with his FA Advanced Youth Award in 2018. James continues his professional development with a BSc (hons) in Sports, Fitness & Coaching

James has previously worked for West Ham United at their prestigious academy before embarking on a journey into non-league football where he has worked with Hullbridge Sports, Bishop Stortford, Aveley and more recently the past two seasons as head coach at Concord Rangers FC in the National League South who he has become part of the clubs historic side that reached Wembley in the 2019 FA Trophy Final.

Personal Trainer Level 

Ricky Simons started his coaching career at the 18 gaining his FA Level 1 while still playing. He quickly turned his full attention to coaching, completing his FA Level 2 and UEFA B a short time after.

Ricky at the age of 21 gained a lead role at Dagenham & Redbridge Academy working with age groups from U9-U12. Ricky was then approached by Championship side Millwall FC to take on the role of U14 Head Coach, whilst working within the club Ricky soon become a UEFA A License coach and now in the selection process for his FA Advanced Youth Award. 

Ricky has also worked within two different college education programmes that were successful and competing at the U19 National League
